- Payment info: when you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card and billing details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content you submit: picks, marketplace listings, referrals, support messages, and feedback.
b. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, referring URL, approximate location (from IP), device type, browser, and timestamps.
- Cookies & local storage: used for authentication, preferences, popup frequency, and analytics.
c. Information from third parties
- Authentication providers (e.g., Google) if you sign in with them.
- Sports data and odds providers (public game data — no personal info).
2. How We Use Information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- Deliver picks, notifications, and transactional or marketing emails you opted into;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;

3. Email & SMS Communications
By signing up for free picks or a paid plan you consent to receive service-related messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every email or from your account settings. Transactional messages (billing, security, account) may continue even after you unsubscribe from marketing.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand aggregate usage, and measure the performance of our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function properly.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that operate the Service on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, analytics), under contracts that restrict their use of your data;

11. Do Not Track
Our Service does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them. You can still control tracking through cookie settings and by unsubscribing from marketing communications.
