2. Nature of the Service — Information Only
PlusMoneymakers is an informational and entertainment platform. We publish sports analysis, opinions, statistics, historical performance data, and picks ("Content"). We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, facilitate, or process wagers of any kind. No money is ever wagered on this site.

3. Accounts
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered in writing by us.
- Prices, features, and promotional offers may change; changes apply on the next billing cycle.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing you agree to their terms as well.
5. No Guarantees
Sports betting involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not and cannot guarantee any level of winnings, profit, ROI, unit gain, or "hit rate." Any historical record shown on the Service is provided for transparency and entertainment and is not a promise of future outcomes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service if you are under 21 or where prohibited by law;
- Resell, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or republish Content without written permission;
- Share your account, credentials, or paid Content with anyone else;
- Reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or its security;
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to violate any law.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, sportsbooks, data providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PICK OR ANALYSIS WILL BE PROFITABLE OR ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUSMONEYMAKERS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WAGERS, BANKROLL, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlusMoneymakers from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PlusMoneymakers is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration; you waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying claims.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
