Gage Jump and Cade Cavalli are both talented young arms with tons of upside. I was impressed with how both starters finished their first half, and I look for that momentum to continue into the second half. Both bullpens are entirely rested, and this game total seems a bit too high.

Both starting pitchers should have strong outings, and with both bullpens fully rested after the break, all arms should be available. Bats are also often sluggish after the layoff.

The Braves have the significant advantage on the mound with Sale in tonight's matchup, and if they want to hold onto their slim lead in the NL East, they'll need a convincing win in tonight's matchup to boost their confidence. With Atlanta being by far the more talented team, look for them to roll at home.
